Job Purpose:

To prevent, diagnose and control infections as they identify and characterise organisms. 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Monitoring and updating all records as per NABL, JCI, NABH & CAP standards.
  2. Processing Moderate and High Complex testing, Calibration of parameter, QC, EQAS, PT, outliers, Corrective action/ Preventive action.
  3.  Documentation of IQC and calibration result for all the lab test and equipment as required.
  4. Checking of equipment breakdown, quality control, handover register and pending list on daily basis.
  5. Maintaining inventory by checking stock availability, updating consumption and rising indent indent for new stock.
  6. Attending educational workshop for professional and technical knowledge.
  7.  Maintaining safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
  8. Trouble shooting and maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies.
  9.  Performing any other job ordered by the seniors.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Able to work accurately and with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to comprehend written instructions given by the Doctors and the other related departmental personnel.
  • Ability to plan & organize ones work schedule effectively.
  • Speaking and listening are essential requirements to understand and carry out the instructions given by the supervisors and other related departmental personnel.
