Job Purpose:
The Yoga Visiting Consultant will conduct yoga sessions, workshops, and personalized programs focused on improving the physical and mental well-being of employees/patients/clients. The consultant will guide participants through various yoga practices tailored to their health needs, physical capabilities, and goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and group yoga sessions (in-person/virtual) as per schedule.
Assess participant health conditions and customize yoga postures accordingly.
Incorporate techniques such as asanas, pranayama, and meditation for holistic wellness.
Provide guidance on posture, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods.
Coordinate with the wellness/HR/medical team to support rehabilitation or stress management programs.
Maintain attendance records and feedback of participants.
Ensure safety and proper conduct during sessions.
Stay updated on new yoga practices and trends for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience:
Certified Yoga Instructor from a recognized institution
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Yoga / Physical Education.
Minimum 1–3 years of teaching or consulting experience in yoga.
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and wellness principles.
