Job Purpose:

Experience in handling branding & communication  for a hospital or hospital chain.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Part of the Group Marketing team based in Bangalore
  • Develop branding and brand guidelines for Narayana Hrudayalaya Hospitals, Units, Group entities and specific projects that may need branding
  • Develop group-level advertising & communication campaigns aimed at creating the corporate brand and its positioning
  • Create marketing communication and event-specific branding for group level marketing initiatives for domestic  and international markets
  • Create Marketing collaterals, driven by business needs highlighting key packages, procedures, equipment & consultants
  • Standardize the common look and feel of the brand – “One NH”
  • Use communication to develop compelling presentations and proposals for prospective partners and customers, especially for International markets
  • Co-ordinate with Advertising agencies on a day-to-day basis to develop both group level & tactical communication
  • Coordinating with units to develop synergistic business approaches to enhance overall NH  revenues
  • Develop & manage the Narayana Hrudayalaya loyalty program
  • Ensure implementation of group-wide initiatives across the unit hospitals
  • Networking with Corporate bodies like CII, ASSOCHAM, FICCI and the others to ensure Narayana Hrudayalaya’s visibility as a leading corporate provider
  1. Marketing Plan execution
  • Diligent execution of the Marketing plan, month by month to ensure top of the mind recall for Narayana Hrudayalaya Hospitals
  • Coordinating with unit Marketing Heads to grow unit level business through effective communication tools
  • Conceptualise & implement BTL activity plans to drive unit revenues
  1. Business Intelligence
  • Keep track of the competitor’s business initiatives, future plans and analyze its impact on the business and develop future plans accordingly
  • Manage and run Market Research trackers – PR Track, Brand Health Track & Customer Satisfaction Track

Candidate Requirements:

  • Able to work accurately and with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to comprehend written instructions given by the related departmental personnel.
  • Ability to plan & organize ones work schedule effectively.
  • Numerical Ability: To handle the Medicine as well as the cash and to compare the rates.
  • Speaking and listening are essential requirements to understand and carry out the instructions given by the supervisors and other related departmental personnel.
  • Affinity to work in team.
  • Enthusiasm.
