Job Purpose: |
Responsible for operations and general administration in a large hospital setup. The role includes leading non-medical services, human resources, finance, marketing, procurement, SCM and nursing along with other responsibilities as designated by the Group CEO. |
Job Responsibilities: |
• Develop; direct short term and long range planning and budget development to support strategic business goals. • Direct company operations to meet budget and other financial goals. • Monitor the established goals, organizational performance and growth through set indicators. • Create and implement robust health information systems for monitoring and evaluation, including a system for continuous performance measurement based upon clinical indicators. • Oversee establishment of training, mentorship and lead large teams. • Allocate required resources. • Successful execution of business strategies for organization’s products and services. • Direct and participate in acquisition and growth activities to support overall business objectives and plans. • Responsible for patient care, clinical operations, financial management, compliance, people management and the external interface with the local community. • To execute or participate in any work related assignments that may be assigned from time to time. |
