Job Purpose:

Responsible for operations and general administration in a large hospital setup. The role includes leading non-medical services, human resources, finance, marketing, procurement, SCM and nursing along with other responsibilities as designated by the Group CEO.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop; direct short term and long range planning and budget development to support strategic business goals.

Direct company operations to meet budget and other financial goals.

Monitor the established goals, organizational performance and growth through set indicators.

Create and implement robust health information systems for monitoring and evaluation, including a system for continuous performance measurement based upon clinical indicators.

Oversee establishment of training, mentorship and lead large teams.

Allocate required resources.

Successful execution of business strategies for organization’s products and services.

Direct and participate in acquisition and growth activities to support overall business objectives and plans.

Responsible for patient care, clinical operations, financial management, compliance, people management and the external interface with the local community.

To execute or participate in any work related assignments that may be assigned from time to time.

Candidate Requirements:

Understanding and working knowledge of Financial Management.

Good Conceptual Abilities.

Demonstrated leadership in a complex organizational setting.

The ability to work with diverse representation that includes physicians, non clinical staff, patients and external agencies.

Information systems capabilities and business analytics.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to proactively plan and execute tasks.
