Core Responsibilities
  • Training & Induction: Plan and conduct 15-day induction programs for new joiners and execute ongoing Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments.
  • Compliance & Accreditation: Ensure mandatory trainings align with statutory and accreditation standards, maintaining audit-ready competency records and dashboards.
  • Program Execution: Develop training modules, manage the monthly training calendar, and facilitate both internal and external training sessions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with medical education, nursing superintendents, HR, and Quality teams.
  • Impact Evaluation: Assess L&D effectiveness through participant feedback, behavioral tracking, and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) analyses. [1, 2]
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience: Typically requires 3 to 6 years of L&D or HR experience, preferably within the hospital or healthcare industry.
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, or Hospital Administration (MHA).
  • Knowledge: Understanding of hospital accreditation standards (NABH/JCI), competency mapping, and soft-skills facilitation. [1, 2, 3, 4]
