- Process formulation, implementation and NABH Accreditation
- Assist in documentation of hospital policies and procedures as per the
HOD.
- Assist in preparation of forms and formats as per the discussion and direction of Head quality and the concerned departments
- Develop processes, systems and procedures for the upcoming departments during the hospital commissioning phase. Developing policies, procedures and manuals based on NABH standards
- Coordinate and assist the head quality for conducting mock drills on the NABH standards
- Maintaining all documentation of various Hospital Committees related to the NABH standards.
- Provide training to medical staff, patients, and housekeeping staff based
- Responsible for overall NABH Coordination work
- Upload of the documents in the P drive of the computer
- Ensure completion of the document
- Coordination of Committee meetings
- Infection Control Committee
- Purchase Committee
- Quality Committee
- Safety Committee
- Governing Council
- Consultant Forum
- Radiological & Clinicopathological meetings
- Pharmacotherapeutic Committee
- Ensure meeting calendars are made. Review Minutes of Committee Meetings.
- Audits & Quality projects
- Carry out routine audits of clinical areas/departments
- Coordination for closure of Non conformities
- Assist & support quality projects
- Quality Indicators
- Continuous follow ups with the departments for submission of data on
- Quality indicators and thereafter ensure regular compilation of the same
on a monthly basis.
- Ensuring trend analysis of the quality indicators on a quarterly basis
