Welfare of and discipline amongst the staff in the Hostel
To maintain daily attendance record of Staff, their present and absent days along with reasons for absence.
Oversee health, hygiene and general life of the residents in the Hostel and to ensure that they observe the Regulations and discipline in accordance with the rules framed thereof.
Report to the Nursing Superintendent, all cases of misbehavior, indiscipline and illness of staff residing
Safe custody and maintenance of such properties of the concerned hostel as are entrusted for their repairs within the funds allotted and norms laid down by the Hospital authorities for the same.
To be available in the Hostel Office everyday at specified hours to attend to official business and to the problems of resident students;
To be responsible for the proper up keep and maintenance of such properties of the
Concerned Hostel, as are under her charge;
Take disciplinary action against a resident student for keeping any unauthorized guest/material in their room
Candidate Requirements:
Able to work accurately and with minimal supervision.
Ability to comprehend written instructions given by the related departmental personnel.
Ability to plan & organize ones work schedule effectively.
Speaking and listening are essential requirements to understand and carry out the instructions given by the supervisors and other related departmental personnel.
