Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Support Marketing with all back end work in facilitating front end sales like dispatch of collaterals, documentation, internal approvals.
  • Maintain MIS for marketing department to understand contribution from segments on an ongoing basis through a daily tracking mechanism. We also need to get to measuring productivity of our resources which can be done through periodic sales reports.
  • Daily collation of OP and IP feedback, sharing in evening meetings and follow up with patients on negative feedback.
  • Continuous connect with referring physicians by emailing/couriering letters of appreciation for referring along with discharge summary. Keeping a complete database of top 100 referring physicians, their DOB etc and connecting with them through direct mailers. Also needs to monitor referrals by A, B, and C class of referring physicians, corporate and support in analysis of marketing and sales effectiveness.
  • In house follow up/support of corporate/TPA/VIP patients to ensure they have no inconvenience and escalate issues for immediate executive response
  • Support leadership in preparing weekly, monthly reports and presentations
