  1. Responsible for preparing, maintaining and follow-up of dialysis files.
  2. Responsible for preparing and receiving necessary consent forms from the dialysis patients and also from those undergoing transplant surgery.
  3. Responsible for starting the procedures, maintaining and terminating the procedure on a patient.
  4. Responsible for effective quality control of water used for Dialysis.
  5. Responsible for cleanliness of the department.
  6. In case of break down to coordinate with Biomedical Department and Maintenance Department.
  7. To adhere to the safety norms of the hospital and follow both patient safety and staff safety rules.
  8. To perform any job / task as and when assigned by the superior.
