Associate Consultant

Diagnose and treat neurological disorders requiring surgical intervention, including tumors, trauma, vascular malformations, spinal conditions, and congenital anomalies.

Perform elective and emergency neurosurgical procedures with high precision and patient safety.

Lead and supervise multidisciplinary teams in the operating theatre and during patient care.

Provide outpatient and inpatient consultation services.

Collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, oncologists, and rehabilitation specialists for comprehensive patient management.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of clinical activities.

Participate in clinical audits, morbidity and mortality reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.

Involve in teaching and mentoring junior doctors, residents, and medical students.

Engage in clinical research and contribute to peer-reviewed publications, if applicable.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, medical ethics, and relevant legal frameworks.
