Payroll Management

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines.
  • Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements.
  • Ensure proper salary structuring and tax deductions.
  • Coordinate with finance/accounts for salary disbursement.
  • Handle full & final settlements for exiting employees.
  • Generate payslips, payroll reports, and MIS reports.
  • Resolve employee payroll queries and discrepancies.

Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
  • Manage:
    • PF (Provident Fund)
    • ESI
    • Professional Tax
    • TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)
    • Gratuity
    • Bonus
    • Labour Welfare Fund
  • File monthly/quarterly/annual statutory returns.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
  • Maintain compliance documentation and records.
  • Monitor changes in labor laws and update policies accordingly.

HR Operations Support

  • Maintain employee master data in HRMS/payroll systems.
  • Support onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Prepare HR analytics and compliance dashboards.
  • Assist in HR audits and inspections.
  • Implement payroll and compliance process improvements.
