  • Develop individualized meal and nutrition plans based on medical conditions.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust diet plans as needed.
  • Provide nutrition counseling to patients and their families.
  • Educate patients about healthy eating habits and disease management through diet.
  • Work closely with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure patients receive appropriate therapeutic diets (e.g., diabetic, renal, cardiac, low-sodium diets).
  • Participate in multidisciplinary healthcare team meetings.
  • Maintain accurate patient nutrition records and documentation.
  • Support nutrition-related quality improvement and infection-control initiatives.
