- Develop individualized meal and nutrition plans based on medical conditions.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust diet plans as needed.
- Provide nutrition counseling to patients and their families.
- Educate patients about healthy eating habits and disease management through diet.
- Work closely with doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure patients receive appropriate therapeutic diets (e.g., diabetic, renal, cardiac, low-sodium diets).
- Participate in multidisciplinary healthcare team meetings.
- Maintain accurate patient nutrition records and documentation.
- Support nutrition-related quality improvement and infection-control initiatives.
