  • Front Desk Management:
    Oversee daily operations of the hospital’s front office including patient reception, registration, and directing visitors to appropriate departments.

  • Patient Interaction:
    Greet patients and visitors warmly, provide information regarding hospital services, and handle inquiries professionally.

  • Appointment Coordination:
    Manage and coordinate patient appointments with various hospital departments and specialists efficiently.

  • Staff Supervision:
    Supervise and train front office staff to maintain high standards of service and ensure adherence to hospital policies.

  • Communication Hub:
    Act as a liaison between patients, doctors, nursing staff, and hospital administration to ensure seamless communication and patient flow.

  • Complaint Resolution:
    Address and resolve patient complaints and concerns promptly and escalate issues to higher management when necessary.

  • Documentation & Reporting:
    Maintain accurate records of patient visits, appointments, and front office activities. Prepare periodic reports for hospital management.

  • Billing Coordination:
    Assist with initial billing inquiries and coordinate with the finance department to ensure smooth patient billing and insurance processes.

  • Compliance & Safety:
    Ensure front office operations comply with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance or relevant local regulations).

  • Technology Use:
    Utilize hospital information systems (HIS), electronic medical records (EMR), and appointment scheduling software efficiently.
