Medical Officer

Provide direct medical care to patients in OPD, IPD, and emergency departments.

Conduct regular ward rounds and monitor patients’ clinical progress.

Assess, diagnose, and manage medical conditions under the supervision of consultants.

Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments to ensure quality patient care.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with hospital protocols.

Assist in performing minor procedures and support surgical teams if required.

Ensure timely referrals to specialists and follow-up on consultations.

Respond to medical emergencies and provide initial stabilization.

Ensure infection control, safety, and hygiene standards are strictly followed.

Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.

Participate in health camps, awareness drives, and hospital outreach programs.

Support implementation of hospital policies, clinical audits, and quality initiatives.
