  • Patient Care

    • Examine, diagnose, and treat patients in inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings.

    • Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

    • Provide medical advice, counseling, and health education to patients and families.

    • Refer patients to specialists when required.

  • Clinical Duties

    • Conduct routine ward rounds and document patient notes accurately.

    • Assist in emergency management, surgeries, and other procedures as required.

    • Ensure proper documentation of clinical findings, investigations, and outcomes.

    • Supervise nursing and paramedical staff in the delivery of patient care.

  • Administrative Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital policies.

    • Participate in clinical audits, morbidity/mortality meetings, and quality improvement programs.

    • Assist in developing and implementing clinical guidelines and protocols.

    • Support health promotion and preventive health initiatives.

  • Education & Training

    • Participate in continuous medical education (CME) and training programs.

    • Mentor junior doctors, interns, and medical students.

  • Compliance & Ethics

    • Adhere to medical ethics, confidentiality, and patient rights.

    • Comply with infection control, safety, and legal regulations.
