2. Treatment and Patient Care

Provide primary medical care to patients in wards, OPD, or emergency units.

Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when needed.

Provide first aid and emergency treatment in critical situations.
3. Medical Documentation

Maintain accurate patient records and medical reports.

Write prescriptions, discharge summaries, and treatment notes.

Ensure proper documentation for legal and hospital requirements.
4. Collaboration with Medical Team

Work with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare staff.

Refer patients to specialists when advanced care is needed.

Participate in medical rounds and case discussions.
5. Hospital Duties

Attend OPD (Outpatient Department) consultations.

Conduct ward rounds to check admitted patients.

Handle emergency cases in casualty or ER.

Follow hospital policies, medical ethics, and safety standards.
