  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic orthopaedic conditions.
  • Perform comprehensive orthopaedic examinations and formulate evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Conduct elective and emergency orthopaedic surgeries, including trauma, joint replacement, arthroscopy, spine (if credentialed), deformity correction, and other specialized procedures within granted privileges.
  • Provide pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
  • Manage orthopaedic emergencies and coordinate care with the Emergency Department, ICU, Anaesthesia, Radiology, Rehabilitation, and other specialties.
  • Participate in daily inpatient rounds, outpatient clinics, and on-call emergency services.
  • Ensure timely documentation of clinical findings, operative notes, discharge summaries, and follow-up plans in the electronic medical record.
