Staff Nurse

Patient Care:

• Assess patients’ health status and nursing needs.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and timely nursing records.

• Ensure proper handover of patient care during shift changes.

Coordination:

• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.

• Assist in planning patient discharge and provide relevant health education.

Patient Safety & Compliance:

• Follow infection control, patient safety, and hygiene protocols.

• Adhere to hospital policies and ethical nursing practices.

• Ensure the safe use of equipment and report malfunctions.

Professional Development:

• Participate in ongoing education and training.

• Stay updated with current nursing practices and guidelines.
