Staff Nurse

Provide direct patient care based on nursing protocols and physician instructions.

Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions.

Administer medications, injections, and intravenous infusions as prescribed.

Prepare patients for and assist in examinations, tests, and treatments.

Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and documentation.

Operate medical equipment and ensure proper hygiene and safety standards.

Educate patients and families on disease management, post-hospital care, and health maintenance.

Respond quickly to emergencies, including code blue situations.

Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, social workers, and other health professionals.

Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and infection control standards.
