Patient Care

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on individualized needs.

• Monitor vital signs and clinical conditions, documenting findings accurately.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Assist in medical procedures and ensure aseptic techniques are followed.

• Provide emotional support to patients and families.

2. Clinical Duties

• Maintain accurate patient records and reports.

• Prepare patients for diagnostic tests and surgeries.

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of medical equipment.

• Respond promptly to emergencies (e.g., Code Blue, trauma situations).

3. Coordination & Communication

• Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and post-discharge instructions.

• Participate in shift handovers and communicate important patient updates.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Follow infection control and hospital safety protocols.

• Ensure proper documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
