Staff Nurse

Patient Care

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care

• Monitor vital signs and patient condition; report changes promptly

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures

• Provide wound care and infection control practices

Clinical & Technical Duties

• Operate and monitor medical equipment safely

• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation

• Follow hospital protocols, safety standards, and ethical guidelines

• Ensure proper handover during shift changes

Patient & Family Support

• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and self-care

• Provide emotional support and reassurance

• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and privacy

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with doctors, allied health professionals, and nursing staff

• Participate in ward rounds and care planning

• Assist in emergency situations and code responses
