  • Clinical Care:

    • Provide comprehensive care to pregnant women, including antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal management.

    • Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions such as menstrual disorders, infections, infertility, pelvic pain, and cancers of the reproductive system.

    • Manage high-risk pregnancies and complications such as preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, and fetal distress.

    • Perform surgical procedures including cesarean sections, hysterectomies, laparoscopies, and other gynecological surgeries.

  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead and supervise junior doctors, residents, nurses, midwives, and allied health professionals.

    • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings for complex case discussions and care planning.

  • Education and Training:

    • Provide teaching and mentorship to medical students, trainees, and junior staff.

    • Conduct clinical audits and ensure compliance with clinical governance and best practice guidelines.

  • Research and Development:

    • Engage in clinical research activities to improve patient outcomes and advance knowledge in obstetrics and gynecology.

    • Implement evidence-based practices and contribute to departmental protocols and policies.
