Job Description :

1. IP Voucher punching ,removing the material from shelves , check and packing the indents for all IP patient indents raised by nursing Team . Return of Material of IP Patients
2. Checking and informing NA items to Inventory Incharge .
3. Catering to urgent / Stat indents
4. Catering to Sub stores as per the scheduled days
5. Stock Audits and inventory Control
6. Removing of Nearing expiry material as per the SOP
7. Local purchase item to be arranged under Supervision of Inventory Incharge.
8. Maintain Temperature and Humidity records shift wise
9. Handover of daily Narcotic stock and on duty communication  to next shift Pharmacist
10. Receiving the Material from IP Receiving Bay after System Entry
