Job Responsibility

  • Maintaining the data bank of the candidatures.
  • Organizing interviews, handling joining formalities and final clearance.
  • Preparing all correspondence letters.
  • Maintaining the data of personal and employee status.
  • Maintaining all the records as per the statutory requirements for contract staff.
  • HR Executive / Personnel Officer is authorized to implement better performance appraisal devices and new forms of compensation, take disciplinary action.
  • Part of all day to day general activities.
  • Evaluating a staff by appraising.
  • Preparing job description.
  • Involving in manpower planning / competency mapping.
