Associate Consultant
- Clinical Responsibility:
- Provide patient care in a professional and compassionate manner
- Perform non-invasive cardiology procedures, including echocardiography, stress testing, Holter monitoring, and stress echocardiography.
- Interpret test results and diagnose cardiac conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families about cardiac conditions and treatments
- Administrative:
- NIC consultant can train & educate nurses & coordinators & technicians on how to coordinate & carry on non-medical administrative coordination & tasks.
- Coordinate and direct work of nurses, medical technicians and other health care providers.
- NIC medical consultant is there to carry on NIC lab procedures, analyse & do the reporting. Carry on counselling & consultation of patients & patient relatives on NIC lab procedures. Inform & communicate with other consultants as & when necessary.
- Provide training & educating others for smooth functioning of the department.
- Inform students and staff of types and methods of Cardiac Intervention administration, signs of complications, and emergency methods to counteract reactions.
