- Responsible for providing estimation to all the IP patients.
- Responsible for providing the financial counselling to all surgical & non-surgical patients.
- Responsible for coordinate with OT department for OT booking, clearance and rescheduling the procedure (Surgical & IP procedure).
- Responsible for maintaining the OT list for daily basis.
- Responsible for maintaining the data for OT cancellation and rescheduling.
- Ensure that estimation tracker should be maintain in proper way and maintain the data for analysis of estimation cell.
- Responsible for coordinate with doctors for their slots of all surgeries and OT dates.
- Responsible for follow up with all OPD patients for conversion.
- Coordinate with MS/DMS/AMS to generate the new codes for surgical procedure.
