Deputy Manager
- To Ensure that identification of training needs to meet the objective of the hospital, analysis thereof and to plan for required training activities accordingly.
- To ensure development of various training modules and obtain approval thereof from HOD/ Management.
- To ensure that conduct and coordination of Induction Training for new joiners and developing the modules thereof.
- To ensure compilation of monthly training calendar and to facilitate the faculties in conduct of training activities.
- To ensure imparting training for development of Soft Skills of employees.
- To ensure facilitating training activities through external trainers.
- To ensure to get acquainted with NABH standards and ensure meticulous compliance of the system and standard. Also, to ensure constant quality improvement, ensuring norms of CQI.
- To ensure to always maintain updated training records and data as per NABH standard.
- To ensure to evaluate impact of Training through feed back forms and to analyse the same for corrective action required.
- To ensure Audit of training – To make surprise / unscheduled visits to the departments to observe the impact of training imparted and initiate corrective action for required improvement.
- To ensure that development of course materials eg- handbook, leaflets, PPT etc for generating interest in the training activities.
- To ensure organising local events e.g.-Annual sports, Quiz competition, Celebration of festivals, Seminars, workshop, presentation, monthly celebration etc.
- Maintain records and registers required to meet NABH standards.
- All other work assigned by management / HOD time to time.
