Deputy Manager
Key Responsibilities –
- Responsible for follow up with the patients like IP, OP, & LAMA.
- Maintain daily and monthly sheet of follow up patients.
- Key Role play of providing proper Estimation of CASH/PANEL/CREDIT for IP/OP patients.
- Coordinate and retain the LAMA case from Emergency and Floors.
- Give and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports to COO/Head Operations and all respective Reporting authority as per requirement of organization. To be able to draw analysis out of the MIS and OPD Patient analysis & submit suggestions to management
- Getting patient feedback forms filled up and taking corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordination with Consultants as well as Patients/relatives and satisfy their needs and requirements with optimum level of satisfaction.
- To coordinate for ensuring patient is admitted in the desired category as advised by the consultant as per set protocols mentioned in the front office manual.
- To coordinate for ensuring that permission/undertaking for admission is submitted before initiating admission process.
- To coordinate for optimum record keeping of all the required patient records
- Responsible for providing Estimates to Patients for their surgeries.
- Responsible for handling the phone queries.
- Regarding the Drop out Cases , follow up with the patients and knew the reason/s behind that and then try to convert in to the surgeries.
- Pay personal attention to each patient ensuring provision of delightful services and clarify their queries if any.
- Ensure patient / attendants, consultants and senior management are fully satisfied with Quality of Services provided by the hospital staff.
- To undertake any other task as assigned by the management and ensure their successful completion.
- To fulfil the Vision, Mission and Objectives of the hospital to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
