Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping, maintenance, security, pest control, and waste management.

Monitor and control facility-related budgets and expenses.

Handle space management, office seating arrangements, and infrastructure planning.

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the premises.

Oversee repairs, renovations, and procurement of equipment or materials.

Implement energy-saving measures and sustainability initiatives.

Maintain records related to facility inspections, licenses, and statutory compliances.

Manage emergency preparedness, fire safety systems, and evacuation procedures.

Conduct regular facility audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
