Financial Perspective

• Responsible for generating the revenue as per monthly budget.
• Responsible for Geography Penetration & Neighbourhood engagement.
• Ensure that Referral Networking should be strongly approachable.
• Should have good Emergency network.

Process Perspective

• Responsible for arranging camps, RTM, Periodic OPD and camps in NH Clinics (Referral Source Marketing)
• Responsible for regular Interaction with visiting doctors and ensure of assurance of Smooth Processing
• Responsible for Coordination with management as well as In & Out patients.

Other

• Responsible for product training and internal doctor interaction.
• Responsible for managing Marketing expenditure as per the budget approved.
• Maintain and keep the Competitors Market Data Analysis, Implementation as per market need.
• Ensure that keep update on new coming venture, recent activities and promotion by competitor.
