Senior Executive
Patient Handling & Registration:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants courteously.
- Oversee the registration of patients for consultations, diagnostics, and admissions.
- Ensure accurate entry of patient details in the hospital information system (HIS).
Appointment Scheduling & Coordination:
- Schedule appointments for doctors and diagnostic services.
- Coordinate with various departments to avoid overlaps and reduce patient wait times.
- Confirm and follow up on patient appointments.
Billing & Cash Handling:
- Handle OPD/IPD billing, advance payments, and receipt generation.
- Reconcile daily cash collections and hand over to accounts as per policy.
- Ensure correct application of discounts or insurance/tie-up billing as per guidelines.
Supervision & Training:
- Mentor and guide junior front office executives.
- Handle escalated patient queries or service issues.
- Train new team members on systems and SOPs.
Customer Service & Complaint Resolution:
- Address patient grievances and ensure prompt redressal.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and patient satisfaction.
- Provide information on services, doctors’ availability, and procedures.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain front desk reports, patient footfall data, and feedback logs.
- Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, NABH/JCI standards, and confidentiality protocols.
