Senior Executive
Key Responsibilities –
- Undertakes quality initiatives, audits, risk management as due in conjunction with the Quality Manager.
- Consults with administrative and medical staff Managers, department heads, and critical committees as appropriate to finalize.
- Effectively co-ordinates the assessment of current operational processes as directed by the Quality Manager.
- Assesses institutional/departmental readiness and identifies strategies to achieve goals as directed by the Quality Manager.
- Creates a supportive environment in the department that is sensitive to the issues and needs of that area by regularly consulting with the Quality Manager and front-line staff.
- Ensure legal and statutory compliance in conjunction with Quality Manager.
- Ensure all the documentations along with evidences are maintained as per NABH requirement
- Works to ensure that quality improvement and innovation work remains focused on one or more of the following goals: patient-centeredness, staff vitality, process efficiency and waste reduction, and safe and reliable patient care.
- Assures application of a tracking method to monitor progress towards goals by collecting accurate, timely data to display the quality, cost, and service outcomes.
- Effectively communicates improvements that are made to work teams, staff, managers, and administrators throughout the organisation.
- Maintains accountability for ongoing self development activities, especially related to presentation facilitation, change management and application of quality improvement activities.
- All other work assigned by management / HOD time to time.
