Senior Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Over all supervision of all the functioning departments on Multi/Allied OPD. viz; FO, Billing, TPA, Estimation , Oncology OPD, Allied OPD, Imaging, Radiation Oncology as well co-ordination with other service departments so as to run smooth Multi OPD operation and achieve maximum patient satisfaction.
- Complete customer satisfaction in Multi OPD by the optimum waiting time, best possible appropriate estimated cost of treatment, early appointment for the investigations and procedures.
- Ensure smooth Multi OPD activity, such that patient waiting does not prolong and patient avails services in Radiology, Radiation therapy OPDs, sample collection Room, Pharmacy, billing & Panel desk.
- Response & prompt actions to customer complaints for speedy and satisfactory resolutions. To become the first responder to all problems faced by patient in ground floor.
- To give daily MIS report to Reporting HOD/COO/FD/Head Operations/Medical Admin or any other Reporting Authority in the morning before 9:15 am as per format.
- Give and maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports to Reporting HOD/COO/FD/Head Operations/any other Reporting Authority as per requirement of organization. To be able to draw analysis out of the MIS and OPD Patient analysis & submit suggestions to management
- To coordinate with other department i.e, IPD, OT, Nursing, Laboratory, Radiology, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Stores, Information Technology, Billing and Pharmacy/Medical admin.
- Coordination with Consultants as well as Patients/relatives and satisfy their needs and requirements with optimum level of satisfaction.
- To coordinate, maintain and implement NABH standards and protocols in your department.
- To streamline the registration, admission and billing process with special emphasis on appointment.
- To ensure availability of adequate staff strength for smooth functioning of the department(s).
- To coordinate with concerned department(s) for adequate manpower planning.
- Responsible for orientation, teaching, training of front office and OPD staff and recording of non-performance.
Getting patient feedback forms filled up and taking corrective and preventive actions
