Collaboration

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans, oversee treatment delivery, and ensure the highest standards of care. Participate in tumor boards and case discussions.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers about treatment options, procedures, and potential outcomes.

Patient Care

Conduct meticulous patient consultations and develop individualized radiation treatment plans.

• Oversee and guide the administration of radiation therapy.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
•  Provide follow-up care and support for patient’s post-treatment.

Utilize advanced radiation therapy techniques and technologies, such as IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, and brachytherapy.

• • Ensure accuracy in treatment planning and delivery through meticulous verification processes.
  • Stay current with advancements in radiation oncology through continuous education and professional development.

Engage in clinical research to advance the field of radiation oncology.

• •     Mentor and train medical residents, students, and other healthcare professionals.
  •  Contribute to academic and professional publications.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

• • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
