Support the oncology nursing team in administering medications under supervision.

Assist in specimen collection and documentation.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate and timely nursing notes, treatment records, and reports.

Report any abnormal findings or patient concerns to the supervising nurse or physician.

Patient & Family Education:

Educate patients and their families about disease process, treatment plan, and post-discharge care.

Provide psychosocial support and promote adherence to treatment.

Learning & Development:

Participate in clinical postings, seminars, case discussions, and workshops as part of the academic curriculum.

Develop knowledge and skills related to oncology nursing practices and palliative care.

Adhere to hospital policies, ethical standards, and professional behavior at all times.

Infection Control & Safety:

Follow infection prevention protocols strictly.

Use PPE appropriately while handling chemotherapy or biohazard materials.
