- Perform Endo Urologic procedures for Stone, Prostate, strictures and other Genito Urinary disorders by using Diathermy (Monopolar / Bipolar), lasers and other energy sources.
- Perform various cancer treatment of Kidneys, Bladder, Ureter, Prostate and other GU organs using advanced Laparoscopy, open and robotic surgery.
- Perform Renal Transplant surgeries including Lap/Robotic donor Nephrectomies.
- Perform various surgeries for ED including Penile implants and other Surgeries for ED and infertility.
- Diagnose and treat diseases / disorders of genitourinary organs and tracts including erectile dysfunction (ED), infertility, incontinence, bladder cancer, prostate cancer, urethral stones, or premature ejaculation.
- Order and interpret the results of diagnostic tests, such as prostate specific antigen (PSA) screening, to detect prostate cancer.
- Perform abdominal, pelvic, or retroperitoneal surgeries using Lap/Robotic techniques.
- Prescribe medications to treat patients with erectile dysfunction (ED), infertility, or ejaculation problems.
- Prescribe or administer antibiotics, antiseptics, or compresses to treat infection or injury.
- Treat lower urinary tract dysfunctions using equipment such as diathermy machines, catheters, cystoscopes, and radium emanation tubes.
- Treat urologic disorders using alternatives to traditional surgery such as extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, laparoscopy, and laser techniques.
- Direct the work of nurses, residents, or other staff to provide patient care.
- Provide urology consultation to physicians or other health care professionals.
- Refer patients to specialists when condition exceeds experience, expertise, or scope of practice.
- Document or review patients' histories.
- Teach or train medical and clinical staff.
