Clinical Pharmacologist

Job Purpose:

To provide travel services to the NH Group. Receives and handles requests and authorizations for official travel and prepares travel arrangements accordingly. Makes reservations and issues tickets as per NH policies and procedures with a goal of obtaining the best value for NH. Liaises with internal customers for itinerary needs and problem resolution.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily ward round through out the hospital, 
  • Auditing the medicine chart,
  • Cross checking the medicine card with consultant notes, 
  • Checking the indent and dispensing,
  • Monitoring of proper administration,
  • Reporting the medication error
  • Checking medicines storage and usage,
  • Narcotic audit,
  • Crash cart audit,
  • Storage condition and Inventory checking,
  • Sound Alike & Look Alike medicine storage,
  • Training for nursing staffs, MO's and technicians,
  • Restricted antibiotic usage monitoring,
  • Drug drug interaction monitoring,
  • Adverse drug reaction monitoring,
  • Coordinating with work related to compliance of JCI and formulating the policies as per requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Able to work accurately and with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to comprehend written instructions given by the Doctors and the other related departmental personnel.
  • Ability to plan & organize ones work schedule effectively.
  • Speaking and listening are essential requirements to understand and carry out the instructions given by the supervisors and other related departmental personnel.
