Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits efficiently, coordinating with providers’ schedules.
- Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Educate patients about procedures, treatment plans, medications, and clinic policies.
- Facilitate communication between patients, medical staff, and external providers.
- Address patient concerns, questions, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with insurance verification, prior authorizations, and billing inquiries.
- Track patient progress and ensure follow-up care is provided as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient experience and clinic workflow.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinic protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in patient coordination, medical office administration, or a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare processes, and insurance procedures.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:
