Job Purpose:

Responsible for overall Quality improvement & Maintenance in the hospital.

Job Responsibilities:

Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the organization Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.
Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
Organize and manage quality assurance function in close co-operation with with the Departmental Coordinators.
Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
Collating and analyzing performance data and charts against defined parameters.
Manage and maintain the organization’s quality inspection Reports

Candidate Requirements:

Able to work accurately and with minimal supervision.
Ability to comprehend written instructions given by the related departmental personnel.
Ability to plan & organize ones work schedule effectively.
Numerical Ability: To handle the Medicine as well as the cash and to compare the rates.
Speaking and listening are essential requirements to understand and carry out the instructions given by the supervisors and other related departmental personnel.
