Senior Executive
Job Summary:
Reporting to Senior Manager AP, the role involves overseeing the end-toend vendor master data creation and maintenance process within Oracle Fusion ERP. This role will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring data accuracy, resolving profile creation issues, and driving continuous improvement in vendor onboarding and maintenance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the vendor master data team responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining vendor profiles in Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Oversee daily operations related to vendor onboarding, profile validation, and master data governance.
• Review and approve vendor creation requests ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and analyze vendor master reports to identify data inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors.
• Resolve complex vendor profile creation issues and coordinate with crossfunctional teams (Procurement, AP, IT, Compliance).
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and training materials for vendor master activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of vendor master metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with IT and ERP support teams to implement system enhancements and automation opportunities.
• Conduct periodic audits of vendor master data to ensure integrity and compliance.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in vendor master data management, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP (vendor module).
• Excellent understanding of vendor onboarding processes, data governance, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a shared services environment. • Oracle fusion ERP hands on knowledge
• Knowledge of global vendor compliance requirements (e.g., tax, banking, KYC).
• Familiarity with automation tools or RPA for vendor master processes
